Aftermarket Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Have overall responsibility to drive and grow aftermarket business, by achieving order target, revenue and margin target that is aligned with company’s objectives.
- Establish, deploy and execute plans and strategies to grow aftermarket market share, installed base coverage, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support/training to field service team and customers.
- Update technical and quality issues to relevant department.
- Oversee field service jobs as per forecasted schedule to ensure completion on time.
- Co-ordinate with vendors/subcontractors on field jobs and project/sales team on T & C jobs.
- Follow up CQ Quotation/PO with customers (technical clarification).
- Follow up in a timely manner to close service jobs.
- Coordinate sites clearances /insurance/ documentations requirements.
- Provide timely monthly/quarterly business reports regarding aftermarket performance.
- Manage a team of aftermarket field service personnel to achieve the aftermarket business objectives and for deployment to specific tasks.
- Any other roles and responsibilities as and when assigned.
**Requirement**:
- 5 years’ service and commercial experience in similar industries.
- Background in electrical automation, mechatronics or mechanical engineering with diploma or above.
- Possess driving license and own vehicle.
- Technical competence: ability to diagnose and repair air compressor equipment and system failures. Experienced in air compressor maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Professional competence: professional qualification and ability in electrical and mechanical field, electrician certificate is preferred.
- Standardization of field service: familiar with and strictly implement field standard of operation procedures, with complete EHS awareness.
- Customer satisfaction/customer orientation: obtain customer satisfaction for field service, provide technical guidance to customers, or provide special training for complex equipment, and communicate effectively and clearly with customers.
- Collaborative communication ability: as the information transmitter between the field of customer and Ingersoll Rand, coordinate the field issues.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
