**MISSION**

Are you an experienced data analyst, with strong business acumen? Do you have an eye for detail, yet see the big picture and do so with a constructive outlook? If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our **SEAO Singapore-based** team as a **Regional Business Intelligence Senior Analyst**.

In this role, you will enhance the regional team’s capability in producing and leveraging high-level analytics, to identify opportunities, assess risk, and address business challenges. You will work closely with the SEAO Senior Leadership team to support the transformation of the region with data-informed decision-making processes.

Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director of SEAO you will be part of a diverse team of colleagues.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement a clear data strategy, enabling state-of-the-art analytics
- Manage regional sales reporting and forecasts working closely with local Commercial departments, Finance and HQ Retail Performance teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, HE and Client, to monitor commercial activities for both region and markets and ensure a holistic approach
- Deep dive analysis on competitors, price positioning, geopolitical & economic trends and design future-forward solutions/action plans
- Leverage internal systems & dashboards to build best practices to guarantee business scalability and compliance
- Perform regular data quality controls to ensure accuracy and clean master data
- Build, and maintain, the regional data center of excellence and performance
- Animate the regional data community and the spread of a “data culture” across the region, with hands-on training and workshops

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have 5 years of professional experience related to business & data analysis
- You have strong analytical skills and can deal with ambiguity
- You have good business acumen and a curious mindset to understand and resolve challenges
- You demonstrate savviness in digital & IT tools
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and you act in a culturally sensitive way
- You can travel frequently
- You speak English fluently, language skills in Mandarin or Thai are an added benefit as this role needs to work with teams in other countries.
