Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence with a strong financial and technical background to build and maintain financial and operating models. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management to provide actionable insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive financial and operating models that enable Air8 to make informed strategic decisions and support budgeting, forecasting, and future initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to gather and validate financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of models.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights that enhance budgeting processes, improve financial performance monitoring, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes using business intelligence tools to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, strengthening transparency and investor confidence.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline financial processes through automation and integration of BI tools, contributing to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a technical background.
  • Experience working at an investment bank or a similar financial institution is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis techniques relevant to budgeting and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data querying languages such as SQL is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Mandarin skills are desirable but not mandatory.
