- Drive strategic decision-making for our CEO and Board of Directors through in-depth analysis of markets across ecommerce, logistics, banking, and fintech sectors
- Conduct strategic research into market structure and dynamics
- Analyze industry trends and financial data to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to consolidate key insights
- Synthesize complex information into actionable reports for senior leadership

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences, with minimum 3 years of experiences in equity research in an investment fund or management consulting firm
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in reseach and analysis on China market
- High level of fluency in written and verbal Mandarin for in-depth qualitative research via Chinese language sources
- Exceptional end-to-end project management skills and C-suite stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ecommerce, logistics, banking, or fintech sectors is nice to have
