About The Opportunity
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc. We seek a senior trading product manager to join the Trading analysis team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including working with the product team to define product strategy, identifying market opportunities through data, building financial products with daily trading volumes of USD10 billion.
What You'll Be Doing

• Business Analysis & Strategic Support
  • Participate in business planning, strategy development, and operational analysis; design solutions for complex business problems.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to uncover growth opportunities and optimization areas, providing data-driven support for strategic decision-making.
  • Take part in research, modeling, and evaluation of key business issues; produce analytical reports and drive implementation.
  • Build business metrics systems, monitor business health, and assist in the development and tracking of core KPIs.
    
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Support project management and resource coordination to ensure effective implementation of analysis outcomes.
    
• Advanced Modeling & Data Mining
  • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics techniques to improve user insights, supply-demand matching, and operational efficiency.
    
• Tools & System Development
  • Assist in building automated analytics tools and BI dashboards to enhance data visualization and self-service analysis capabilities.
  • Optimize data acquisition processes to improve data quality and usage efficiency.
    

What We Look For In You

• At least 6 years experience in business analysis for Internet companies, able to independently take charge of medium and large scale analysis projects.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
• Possess rigorous logical thinking and are skilled at organizing and coordinating resources to solve problems and achieve collaborative goals between departments.
• You're proactive, self-driven, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others as a part of a team.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English for liaising with counterparts in Mandarin speaking markets.
