Job Description:

As a Regional Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business performance reviews and insights to senior stakeholders. This involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-in, sell-out, margin, pricing, inventory, productivity, and launch metrics. You will also prepare executive presentations, track test purchases and wholesale performance, and provide deep-dive analysis on specific business questions and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews to senior stakeholders
  • Analyze KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, margin, pricing, inventory, productivity, and launch metrics
  • Prepare executive presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Track test purchases and wholesale performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Provide deep-dive analysis on specific business questions and opportunities, leveraging internal and external data sources
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial analytics, retail performance, market intelligence, or strategy
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling business narratives
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and SAP (or equivalent ERP)
  • Comfortable working with AI and machine learning algorithms
  • Proven track record managing dashboards, performance tracking, and competitor monitoring
