This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Singapore. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our customer base.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations
- Background in research or technical roles with exposure to business development activities (e.g., client interactions, proposal support, or industry engagement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, Agricultural Biotechnology (Agritech), or a related discipline
- Min 2 years of working experienceMust be located in Singapore

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or agritech industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High degree of self-motivation and drive
- Innovative and able to contribute to developing new value propositions, solutions, or strategies for clients and projects
