We are looking for a marketing superstar to take our early-stage start-up global

This is a full-time hybrid position based in **Singapore.**

**What does success look like for this role?**
- Develop a growth strategy for Crimson Global Academy in Asia in collaboration with the global CGA team.
- Manage and support end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of local marketing and growth campaigns.
- Achieve student recruitment targets through planned activities.
- Own the CGA Asia marketing budget and maintain a strong digital ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
- Monitor leads and enrollments from marketing across all channels, providing weekly/monthly progress reporting.
- Collaborate with in-country and dedicated CGA sales teams to ensure lead movement through the funnel.
- Drive brand awareness of Crimson Global Academy across Asia through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Establish a local student and parent ambassador network to promote student community and organic referrals, organizing student meetups and orientation week.
- Design marketing collateral in partnership with the Design team to enhance customer experiences and increase enrollments.
- Lead partnerships and outreach efforts, including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event support.

**What skills and experience are required?**
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in educational marketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in an international technology company with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
