**Job Description**:
As a Regional Total Rewards Manager, you drive Global Total Rewards processes and projects at local level and in compliance with local legislation and regulations. You are a speaking partner who gives expert advice on Total Rewards to managers, HR, and other functions within the local markets. Working closely with H&M Group Total Rewards CoE, you implement and execute guidelines and frameworks for effective Total Rewards programs in the local market of Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and India - Region South Asia (SAS).
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the execution of H&M Group Total Rewards Strategy in the region, implement and adapt H&M Group Total Rewards CoE guidelines and frameworks for effective Total Rewards programs in the local markets.
- Drive global Total Rewards processes and projects at local level and in compliance with local legislation and regulations.
- Analyze market trends to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive locally and are in line with needs and expectations of the business and employees.
- Design, develop local or adapt global benefit programs, including health, retirement, and supportive benefits, in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Follow market trends and rewards innovation and share insights with CoE Total Rewards and Regional HR leaders.
- Give expert advice on Total Rewards and partner to managers, HR, and other functions within the different organizations present in the markets, ensuring “one people experience”.
- Support local HR teams responsible for compensation and benefits, and engage them in the delivery of local or global rewards projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the Employee Relations team, ER matters and related policies.

**Besides your personality we see that you have / are**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits.
- Excellent knowledge of region (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and India) specific pay practices related to compensation, benefits and mobility, incl. pay administration for tax and non tax employees, experience with managing rewards within CLA environment.
- Relevant experience as a leader and rewards business partner to several and varied organizations (e.g. sales, logistics, tech or other) in a multi-country context.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business context into needed rewards actions with exceptional stakeholder management.
- Experience in working strategically (e.g. Project Management) and strong analytical skills.
- You are a networker who easily connects with other people and mentalities across departments.
- You have proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Additional Information
This position is based in Singapore and will report to the Regional HR Manager.
