Coty is looking for a highly motivated Manager to join the South East Asia team as Market Planning Team Leader for our Distributor market, based in Singapore. Reporting to the SEA Supply Chain Director, you will be owning the completion of all market planning and S&OP activities under your scope and leading a team of 4 direct reports.

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**: Leading the market planning team for our distributor market, ensuring all market planning activities are executed on time and in line with global standards Ensuring all S&OP activities are executed and aligned risks and opportunities are flagged accordingly Building strong cross-functional collaboration locally, and with global and regional teams overseas Improving forecast accuracy whilst achieving targets on sales, profit, and cash Championing continuous improvement to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and RCA of KPI misses Setting annual goals, evaluating performance, and defining growth and career plans for your team Supporting your team in any obstacles they may face in the daily operations Stepping up into ad hoc project management

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

WHAT WE OFFER
In this role you will lead the market planning team for the distributor market. You will be accountable for the results of your team and directly recognized for all the improvements you are driving. You will have exposure to senior leadership, across various functions and geographical locations.
Joining the South East Asia organization, you will have the opportunity for career development, lateral into Warehousing and Logistics or vertical into Senior Management roles and later into the Supply Chain Director role.
You will get to work in a diverse environment, with an experienced team who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.
