Field Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define field marketing event priorities and objectives in the ASEAN regions together with Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to evaluate these events in order to build a solid events calendar for the year
- Coordinate efforts with Head of Sales and Global Marketing teams to maximise results and work with cross-functional team members (Regional Sales, Pre-sales TSE, Marketing, Product) to orchestrate high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.
- Help evaluate, manage and onboard local vendors to support physical events
- Take full ownership to plan, promote, and host marketing events (trade shows, conferences, meetups, executive round table, digital events) across the region that drives meaningful prospect engagement and result in concrete demand generation.
- Ongoing project management of campaign execution Eloqua and Salesforce, including data hygiene. Manage campaigns timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimisation.
- Be responsible for event results, ROI and continuously report and communicate the updated key success metrics to regional sales & marketing counterparts and global stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
**Skills And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT-related fields
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field/event marketing
- Prior experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization. SaaS, cloud services and other high-tech products/services preferred.
- Organized, pays great attention to detail and is able to multi-task
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A supportive team player who drives initiative and delivers result
- Highly skilled in messaging, content creation with an excellent taste in design (Event material design, brochures, gifts, banners, etc.)
- Data-driven and possesses critical-thinking capability and an analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Oracle Eloqua and Google Analytics is a strong plus

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
