**Customer Service Associate (Group Contact Centre)**
**National University Health System (NUHS)**

NUHS is implementing a strategic roadmap to integrate 4 Contact Centres into one, forming the OneNUHS Contact Centre, to execute digital transformation towards a self-service platform. We are recruiting Customer Service Associates to be part of this exciting journey towards a future-ready Contact Centre. As a Customer Service Associate, you represent NUHS and serve as the gateway for patients and caregivers to access healthcare services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist callers with their requests, e.g. appointments scheduling (new appointments, reschedule or cancel existing appointments) and general enquiries.
- Understand caller’s needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance.
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments in the hospital(s) to ensure requests are followed up on and resolved.
**Job Requirements**
- Higher NITEC in a relevant healthcare course or Diploma from a recognized institution
- Excellent verbal communication skills; fluent in English and mother tongue
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Prior experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an advantage
- Applicants without minimum qualifications but with relevant call center experience will be considered.
