**Position Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative is to provide high quality customer services to customers in the region through smooth execution of sales related activities including attending to customers' inquiries, order administration and after-sales services, etc. with the aim in supporting shortest product delivery time to the market.

To be a team player and pro-actively seeking improved work procedures to achieve business objectives for Asia/Pacific office.

**Duties**:
1. To manage and process customer's orders in efficient and accurate manner as assigned by the line manager

2. Close and timely co-ordination with internal and external parties on order fulfillment

3. Prepare relevant documentation for shipment and deliveries including L/C documentation

4. Timely invoicing to capture sales revenue

5. Receipt and entry of Customers' Complaints/Feedback into Quality Management System, and assist with the RMA process, including credit/replacement requests as part of complaint resolution.

6. Handing of L/C negotiation where applicable

7. Continuously seek improvement on order processes, procedures and system related enhancement

8. To support ad hoc task assignment

**Education Degree**:
**Required Experience**:
1. Diploma or higher with a min of 5 to 8 years working experiences in handling orders and customer service function, preferable with MNC and in the healthcare industry with exposure to handling inventory management.

2. Must be able to interact with people at all levels within the organization and strong problem solving skills

3. Must have good understanding of trade terms

4. Can communicate well in spoken English and Mandarin

5. A hands-on person with a keen eye for details and team player

6. Self-driven, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines

7. Be able to take work pressure
