**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and be responsible for office operations tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supervising office equipment, and ensuring a good office environment.
- Manage office budget and expenses, including monitoring and reconciling invoices.
- Provide administrative support and assist in organizing company-specified activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- At least 3-5 years of experience, with a working background of at least 200 people in MNC companies.
- Successful record of managing and handling Employment Pass (EP), Work Pass (WP), and other types of work permits with MOM.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national organization.
- Organization, strong attention to detail, and responsiveness are critical because of the high visibility of this team's work within the company.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
