As a Senior HR Executive specializing in payroll & compliance, youll become an integral part of the esteemed team based in Singapore, contributing to the success and growth of the iconic brands.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Payroll, Commission, Incentive consolidation, Budget-related tasks, and Compliance initiatives across their operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Managing a dynamic workforce of more than 200 employees, your responsibilities include ensuring a seamless on/offboarding experience, contributing significantly to fostering a positive work environment. Key aspects of your role encompass accurate and timely payroll processing, end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, close collaboration within the COE team to develop HR policies, meticulous data management, and proactive involvement in Compensation and Benefits initiatives, such as salary surveys and program administration.
