**Role Title**: Chief Executive Officer

**Job Description
The CEO will lead the Company and act as the overall custodian of the Company on behalf of the Board and the stakeholders, promoting excellent relationships between the company, shareholders, and all relevant stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities
**Company and Board Leadership**
- Chair and oversee the performance of the Company, ensuring its effectiveness in all aspects including strategy, performance, value creation, and accountability
- Evaluate, in conjunction with the Chief Executive, the nature and extent of the material risks that the Company is willing to undertake in the implementation of its strategy
- Ensure that the Board is fully appraised of the Company’s strategic direction, and can monitor and contribute to major proposals
- Lead meetings with executive and non-executive directors in the Board
- Lead the development of the Company’s culture

**Stakeholder Relationships**
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Chief Executive, effective engagement with stakeholders to understand issues and develop relationships, in particular clients and customers, government and regulators, and business partners
- Expand and deepen the network of high-level stakeholders, as required by the company’s growth strategy and operations

**Governance and Company Development**
- Promote high standards of integrity, probity, ethics, and inclusion
- Conduct all aspects of Company matters in accordance with the Governance Codes of Singapore and other relevant territories of operation
- Lead on matters of director development, including developing and monitoring effective implementation of policies and procedures for the induction, training, and professional development of all directors in the Company

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 15 years’ experience in a senior position (Chairman, Chief Executive, Managing Director or equivalent) in an international environment, with experience in the North and Southeast Asian market
- Strong track record in building and growing successful businesses
- Deep expertise and experience in e-commerce, with a particular focus on Pharmaceuticals and Traditional Medicines for North and Southeast Asia
- Deep expertise and extensive networks in sales & marketing channels, with a particular focus on North Asia and Southeast Asia
- Excellent business and commercial acumen in leading and driving the strategic and exponential growth of a Company
