Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Singapore-based company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable profitability while fostering a culture of innovation and integrity. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the Singapore market, global business trends, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans in alignment with shareholder and board objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, including market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and diversification of revenue streams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies proactively.

2. Financial & Operational Management
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Ensure operational efficiency across departments to maximize profitability and resource allocation.
- Maintain compliance with Singapore’s legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards (e.g., Singapore Companies Act).

3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, government agencies, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, media engagements, and public forums.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align organizational goals with stakeholder expectations.

4. Team & Culture Development
- Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability practices.

5. Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity and data protection measures in line with Singapore’s PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).

**Requirements**:
1. Education & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 8 years in executive roles (e.g., CEO, COO, or Managing Director).
- Proven track record of driving growth in a Singapore or Asia-Pacific context.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred.

2. Industry Expertise
- Deep knowledge of the company’s sector (e.g., technology, finance, logistics, etc.) and regional market dynamics.

Experience navigating Singapore’s regulatory environment and multicultural business landscape.

3. Leadership Skills
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for organizations of similar scale.
- Ability to inspire teams and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.

4. Personal Attributes

5. Language & Communication
