ALG is currently recruiting **Material Flow Coordinators** for a world-leading aerospace OEM and MRO company. This position is a long-term contract role with an option to convert to permanent after 6 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform physical material solutions such as engine spares layout, handling and switching to support production material flow needs in fast-paced business environment under Production Planner's supervision.
- Perform material solution database update through SAP and Microsoft Office apps.
- Interact with various functions such as Procurement/Operations/Engineering/Customer Support to execute material solutions.
- Assist Material Coordinator for night shift and ad hoc material readiness needs.
- Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by Production Planner/Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
- Relevant experience in aviation preferably Part 145 will be advantageous.
- Good team player with effective communication skill, detail-oriented, fast learner, able to work under pressure and excellent time management.
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office apps and SAP
- Able to work on weekly rotating shifts: day (0730am - 1635pm) / night (1615pm - 0120am)
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
