Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Material Administrator to join our team. As a Material Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth flow of project materials by working closely with individual disciplines and trades in the construction department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry and possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Duties
- Material Coordination
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials to the project site, as well as maintaining accurate records of material requisitions and stock levels.
Material ManagementYou will be responsible for generating and reviewing project material status reports, as well as monitoring inventory levels and identifying areas for improvement.
Quality ControlYou will be responsible for ensuring that all materials meet the required specifications and standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as a strong understanding of material management principles and practices.

- Education
A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec qualification is required.
Technical SkillsYou should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with AutoCAD (2D).
