
Patient Flow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient flow efficiently, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, external partners, and internal operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or telemarketing experience, with prior experience in the healthcare industry being a significant advantage. Immediate availability or short notice start dates are also beneficial.
As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers
- Managing patient flow and scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Contributing to strategic planning and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining accurate records
- Actively promoting clinic services
