We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide administrative support in our healthcare services team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle inquiries regarding services and appointments in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Process billing, payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient flow, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage clinic supplies and inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
