  • Process billing, payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient flow, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage clinic supplies and inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
