Patient Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to patients.
About the Role- Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Perform registration and administration tasks for patients, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Prepare referral letters and maintain a proper filing system for scanned documents, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional service standards and assistance to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with counter and medical records duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Answer and handle telephone inquiries from patients, providing clear and concise information regarding clinic services and procedures.
- A minimum of an A level or Diploma in any field, demonstrating academic achievement and potential for growth.
- No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
- Full vaccination against infectious diseases, ensuring a safe working environment for both employees and patients.
