**About the role**:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Management Manager in our Global Transformation Company. As the Service Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the delivery of services within our organization. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement service management strategies to enhance the overall delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Monitor key service metrics and develop action plans to address any performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in service management.
- Lead and mentor a team of service management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into service improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback and utilize data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of service management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
- Proven experience in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
