**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Job Title: Assistant Client Servicing Manager
Department/Group: Client Servicing
Position Type: Full Time
Location: Singapore
**ROLE**
We are looking for an Assistant Client Service Manager with experience working in the client servicing and/or financial sector (preferably asset management sector) to join our team responsible for delivering dedicated client service to high net worth clients of Banjaran Asset Management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Act as day-to-day client service contact for company’s clients, proactively develop and maintain good relationship with clients
- Manage client on-/off-boarding, conduct periodic ongoing client due diligence review, and account related matters according to the internal and regulatory requirements and procedures
- Handle client transactions according to the internal and regulatory requirements and procedures
- Review the tasks performed by other team members
- Liaise between clients and the internal teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
- Lead team in initiatives by identifying and driving opportunities to streamline/enhance team efficiency and processes
- Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
- Work together with other departments on client impacting business and regulatory driven projects and initiatives
- Work on ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned by line manager
**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
University graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience at asset management or financial services firm and background in client service strongly preferred
Management and critical problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), negotiation and influencing skills
Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well
- organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Flexible/ability to adapt to change
Highly accurate with good attention to detail
Fluency in verbal Mandarin and English and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
CMFAS qualification required
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
Additional Asian languages beneficial to support business and clients' needs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
