
Client Service Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and personable **Client Service Assistant** to support our client-facing team and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer. If you enjoy helping others, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support client onboarding and document processing
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups, ensuring prompt responses
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
- Coordinate internally with consultants, sales and operations teams
- Prepare basic reports, presentations or materials for client meetings
- Ensure a seamless and professional client experience end-to-end
**What You Bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or CRM software
- A service-first attitude and ability to multitask
