Our client is a market leader within the health and life insurance space. We are currently partnering them to look for a Client Services Assistant in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage meeting invitations and manager’s schedule of meetings and trips. This includes travel arrangement like hotel and flight bookings.
- Processing of claims and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate the sending of documents between members and correspondents of the team.
- Document formatting using the appropriate office software: Word, Excel and etc.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office - ensuring the computers, printers and equipment are in working condition.
- Processing of physical mails on time - scan and digitalise it in the system.
- Handling administrative files and ensuring the quality of data and processing.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail, organised & reliable
- Able to work under pressure and deliver task within deadlines
