**Detailed functions**:
**Client Relationship**
- Acts as a link with the clients and the providers
- Takes ownership of a number of pre-defined clients
- Receives all clients services and change requests and ensures timely dispatch to the relevant departments
- Liaises with internal departments to ensure the requests are carried through respecting deadlines
- Follows up on incidents & tickets
- Makes sure clients’ stock of stationary is sufficient and up to date when relevant
- Constantly delivers superior service to clients
- Prepares and participates to conference calls, meetings and client reviews on a regular basis

**Quality Assurance**
- Applies checking procedures and maintains sign off trail
- Guarantees SLA requirement
- Ensures that KPIs are followed

**Procedures**
- Writes and updates procedures regarding Client Services, Operations, Invoicing, Vendors, IT and other work related matters
- Respects procedures & policies at all times

**Reporting**
- Performs reporting for several purposes (invoicing, KPI, )
- Keeps incident log and service request log up to date

**Invoicing**
- Generating Invoices to be send to clients
