Client Servicing Team – Multiple Levels (Executive to Manager)
We are expanding our Client Servicing team and are hiring across multiple levels—from Client Servicing Executive, Senior Executive, Associate Manager, to Manager. These roles are essential in connecting our clients with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and projects. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and supporting the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a clear understanding of client goals, industry context, and challenges to offer relevant support.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects or campaigns from start to finish.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Support issue resolution and escalation processes with a professional and solution-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role (experience requirements may vary by level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
