KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONBISILITIES:
- To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management
- Concierge services to top management (such as travel, hotel reservations etc)
- To coordinate and maintain a schedule of their appointments and meetings
- Residential property management
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors on sundry matters
- Expense processing & management of payables, statutory dues
- Other Administrative work and support as required.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant secretarial / personal assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good time management and punctuality.
