Job Title: Personal Chauffeur and Administrative Assistant

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Personal Chauffeur and Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our business owner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the business owner to various meetings, events, and personal appointments, as well as performing administrative tasks such as running errands, making purchases, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transport the business owner safely and efficiently to their destinations.
  2. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.
  3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  4. Perform administrative tasks as required, including running errands and making purchases.

Requirements:
  1. Able to commit to a 5.5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
  2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  3. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a personal driver or in a similar role.
  4. Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
  5. Strong knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
  6. Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in Chinese language.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Good driving record.
  2. Class 3 license.
  3. Reliability.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Physically fit.
