Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the adoption of new technology for team operations improvement activities.
- Assist with manpower and asset planning across various business functions and accounts.
- Help assess risks associated with different approaches to process changes.
- Review costs and benefits of current warehouse operations processes.
- Assist in developing and refining operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in project activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations).
- Support the development of supply chain solutions for clients under guidance.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of innovative logistics solutions.
- Assist in process automation and technology enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures within operations.
- Help track key milestones in technology projects.
- Assist in monitoring requirements and activities to meet stakeholder needs.
- Provide input for workflow analysis and suggest improvements.
- Help identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
- Support the evaluation of business process improvements for effectiveness.
- Support all company certificate and license renewals, as well as the ISO audit program.
- Provide support to the Malaysia office for project implementation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain
- Experience on new project planning
- Strong knowledge in Supply Chain industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel (VBA), Power Point, Project Plan, Visio & PowerBI)
