Conference Services Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Formulate sales channel strategies and expansion plans to enhance market reach
- Review sales performance and assess efficacy of strategies for continuous improvement
- Optimize sales channels to maximize revenue generation
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and sales trips for networking and lead acquisition
- Conduct client-focused hotel inspections to showcase facilities.
- Skillfully negotiate sales contracts to secure agreements.
- Create consultative upselling strategies to optimize event space utilization.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and quotes.
- Ensure timely distribution of accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to relevant departments.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Banquet Operations, EAM of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef to fulfill sales contract commitments.
- Devise customized BEOs for unique guest requests not covered by standard sales contracts.
- Exceed individual and group catering sales targets set by management.
- Monitor and analyze lost business, updating Opera S&C system.
equirements:
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity
- Prior experience in Opera Sales & Catering will be an added advantage
