- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM - 5 PM / 9.15 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of broad HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures.
- Engage in a range of HR tasks, including hiring, managing salaries, overseeing employee benefits, evaluating performance, and fostering employee growth.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records in the Infotech system.
- Manage work permit processes and stay in line with Ministry of Manpower rules.
- Communicate with labour unions and address staff-related issues.
- Produce reports relating to staffing needs and recruitment activities.
- Oversee the administrative and office duties within the HR department.
- Handle the processes related to purchasing and processing payments through SAP.
- Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.

- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience or related
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
