Tuas, Singapore Robin Village Development Pte Ltd Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

·     Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for site and office positions

·     Coordinate onboarding processes including contract issuance, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).

·     Maintain manpower records and monitor expiry of permits and passes.

HR Operations

·     Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave records.

·     Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety standards.

·     Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in coordination with supervisors and management.

Training & Development

·     Coordinate WSQ courses, safety training and other skills development programmes.

·     Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.

Payroll & Benefits

·     Support monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and OT data.

·     Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance, and allowances.

·     Manage leave administration using HRIS or manual systems.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

·     Organize staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and festive events.

·     Support foreign workers in accommodation, renewals, and transport coordination.

Any other duties

·     Any other administrative duties assigned by Head of HR.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in construction, pre-cast, or heavy industries.
  • Skills:

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Able to handle site HR matters independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Languages: English, and preferably a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, or Bahasa) for better site communication.
