Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for 100 staff
• Prepare and issue employment contracts;
• Conduct orientation of new employees;
• Apply, monitor, renew and cancel various work passes;
• Apply for foreign workers' security bond;
• Administer terms and conditions of employment;
• Compute and process staff's salary using HR system
• Payroll reconciliation
• Apply for, monitor, and renew or cancel factory licenses where required;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR and Admin Manager

Requirements

At least a diploma in Human Resource Management, preference will be given to candidates with a diploma or degree;

• Min. 2 years' experience or more in the payroll processing via a software and familiarity with MOM Portal processes and local legislation;
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills, maturity, integrity, and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
