
HR/admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee personal and leave records with completeness, orderliness, and confidentiality.
- Process TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll processing.
- Monitor employee confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals.
- Prepare HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmation, annual increments, promotions, etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors and employment agencies for recruitment.
- Generate monthly HR reports and submit them to the HR Manager.
- Source and coordinate training programs with industry trainers and institutions.
- Organize company functions and staff welfare activities.
- Address HR and administrative needs in collaboration with the HR Manager and respective departments.
**Requirement**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and must be able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment
