
Customer Success Representative

At EBOS/INTELLINZ, we recruit Customer Success Partner, you will play a key role to onboard new clients for the company. For more details, please visit our company website and Facebook for details on our products and services.
Tasks you will work on with your client might include:
- Lead Generation - Must have good LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience / lead generation. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Facebook
- Doing Demo in XERO and SimplePay software.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
**To qualify for the position, you must**:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin ( Your task is primarily handle customer from China & Hongkong)
- Tech Savvy-Familiarity with current technologies: Cloud-based tools, online calendars, word-processing software, and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, G Suite) and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work as a team player and has a take-charge attitude. You should have the ability to not only do what is asked but also take charge of projects, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.
