Smart City Kitchens builds commercial kitchens designed specifically for food delivery. We offer a low risk, low upfront capital investment and high upside opportunity for small to medium size F&B operators to launch and expand their restaurant or food delivery business.
Currently, we are looking for Business Development Associate/Sales Development Representative to increase local presence in the newly arisen industry
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for doing work around cold calls, initial conversations with potential customers, and identifying and navigating questions and issues to the right decision-maker.

**Responsibilities**:
- Top of Funnel Generation, SDRs will partner with Account executives to identify quality sales opportunities
- Managing quality data entry, ensuring accurate and up to date information on potential sales leads and notes on qualifications based on criteria and requirements
- Be well versed and knowledgeable on the company's value propositions, articulately explain and answer questions to sales leads
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hand over to Account Executives
**KPIs Include**:
- New opportunities qualified per week
- Conversion to CW for opportunities qualified
**You’ll Have**:

- Customer focused - empathetic to customer needs, strong listening skills, effectively communicates to ensure expectations are being met
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience in outside sales
- Good verbal and written communication skills
**Nice To Haves**:
- Knowledge and experience within the F&B industry
- Salesforce experience
**Salary Scheme**:
Base (up to 3.5k/mo) + Commission
Industrial experience is not required We would love to meet people with great business acumen, hustler mindset, and proactive problem solving skills.
