**About UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS)**:

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage executive learning programmes
- Assist in developing material and delivering training
- Collaborate with colleagues at United Nations Global Compact to run regional programmes
- Build and manage trainers / industry experts under the Training Partners of GCNS programme
- Grow and engage the GCNS Alumni
- Plan and execute other training and non-training initiatives, e.g., thought-leadership papers; strategic partnerships; SME Series, etc.
- Build relationships with colleagues in GCNS, UNGC, all other partners in our ecosystem, including trainers and alumni and members.
- Assist in other departmental initiatives
- Support efforts of other departments’ initiatives
**Skills and Attributes for Success**
- Meticulous and organised, with a mature disposition to take ownership of projects and targets assigned
- Self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Team player and able to work within a small team dynamic; accept that OT is necessary at times
- Share our passion to make the world a better place through capability-building
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience
- Degree holder
- Strong organisational capabilities and ability to plan, implement and execute events
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and events
- Good analytical thought process and business acumen, matched by ability to consider financial and non-financial bottom lines for key stakeholders, and able to anticipate issues and offer ideas for resolution
- Have a positive work ethic and determination in getting things done right, within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in the following will also be considered an added plus: public speaking, experience in a position with a focus on sustainability and having attended training in sustainability
