National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world's largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. Situated at the birthplace of modern Singapore, in the heart of the Civic District, the Gallery is housed in two national monuments - City Hall and former Supreme Court - that have been beautifully restored and transformed into this exciting 64,000 square metre venue. It also won the awards for "Best Theme Attraction" at TTG Travel Awards 2017, "Best Attraction Experience", "Breakthrough Contribution to Tourism" and "Best Customer Service (Attractions)" at the prestigious Singapore Tourism Awards in 2016 for its role in adding to the vibrancy of Singapore's tourism landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Patrons Programme Management & Stewardship**
- Take a proactive role in cultivating, engaging, and stewarding high-net-worth individuals and philanthropists who support the Gallery's mission.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless fulfilment of patron benefits, including leading the coordination of acknowledgements, agreements, bespoke events, and personalised experiences.
- Independently manage planning and on-site execution of high-touch Patron events such as Patrons' Hour, curator-led tours, appreciation events, and exclusive trips, ensuring smooth delivery and strong relationship management.
- Work with senior team members on cultivating major gifts, endowments, and legacy contributions, contributing donor insights and stewardship strategies.
- Lead regular communications to Patrons, including the preparation and dissemination of impact reports, post-event updates, and catalogues.
- Provide logístical leadership during Patron engagements and actively represent the Gallery in delivering a professional and responsive donor experience.

**General Events Assistant**
- Support the Gallery's overall fundraising efforts through assisting with coordination of event management companies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events. (Gala and others).
- Assist with site visits and rehearsals to ensure all event elements are executed as planned
- Lead coordination of cross-divisional planning meetings and rehearsals, aligning efforts across departments (e.g. EMT, AVL) for efficient execution.
- Assist with development and management of guest-list ensuring accuracy and inclusivity of key stakeholders, donors, and partners.
- Manage the RSVP tracking, guest communications, and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
- Manage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and guest coordination
- Troubleshoot any logístical issues that arise during events, ensuring mínimal disruption to the program.
- Manage post-event breakdown and ensure all vendor agreements are fulfilled.
- Support post-event follow-ups, including coordination with winners and delivery of auction items.

**Administration & Logistical Support**
- Monitor and track patron donation usage and ensure timely and accurate donor recognition in collaboration with the entire PD team.
- Provide secretariat support for departmental meetings and contribute to the smooth operation of division workflows.
- Proactively support ongoing and ad hoc initiatives that further the mission and goals of the Partnership Development Division.
