**What you'll be doing...**:
- Using your network to fill sales, pre-sales, post sales and G&A roles across APJ, with a focus on ANZ and Singapore.
- Help grow and analyze our recruiting metrics.
- Take ownership over senior-level roles, per our hiring plan. Create your own role kick-off calendar and project manage your time, your stakeholders, etc. to that plan
- Provide a strong hiring manager experience including daily/weekly communication with your hiring teams.
- Work with the people operations team on special projects, employee retention, diversity and inclusion and any other day-to-day that will advance our recruiting practices.
**What you'll bring...**:
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience with proven abilities in sales, post sales, and marketing hiring.
- A strong background in recruiting for technical companies and helping companies scale quickly.
- A strong desire to learn about new technologies, especially in the API space.
S$135,000 - S$150,000 a year
