**Summary of the role but also what our team are up to**:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial recruiter to join our Go City People Team. This role will enable us to hire the commercial teams to deliver substantial growth for Go City across APAC.

Then we’d love to hear from you Here’s some insight.. you will be helping us in our quest to attract and hire the best talent across the globe. Being part of our People Team, you will be the first point of contact and will provide an all singing, all dancing hiring and talent service across the APAC business for a range of teams including marketing, trade, destination and brand. Ideally you’ll know what it means to manage talent in a 360 way and will have examples of doing this and learning your trade in either an inhouse role or an agency background. You will work together as part of a dynamic People Team who are passionate about sourcing top talent and creating a culture of inclusivity, progression and fun
**What will you be responsible for /helping us to do?**:
- Managing and maintaining sourcing platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn
- Update and maintain our applicant tracking system - Workable
- Diary management for hiring managers across multiple time zones e.g. Singapore to London
- Support the People Team to meet and adhere to sourcing and talent SLAs
- Establish relationships with recruitment agencies and create a PSL for hiring
- Assist with direct sourcing and active headhunting on LinkedIn and any other cost-effective platforms
- Ensure that Go City’s employer brand reputation is a positive and thoughtful one

**Requirements**:
**What skills do you have that are essential in this role?**:
- You have a sound understanding of the 360 recruitment and hiring process
- Previous experience in an agency or in-house recruitment role
- Demonstrable working knowledge of various hiring platforms including LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanour/ confident telephone manner
- You are a highly self-motivated, detailed, and results-oriented individual who understands the need for discretion in the sourcing and talent industry
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit that enables you to think outside the box for ‘alternative’ hiring solutions
- You are organised, able to manage your own schedule, and work independently
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- You adapt quickly to a fast pace and changing environment
