**Your New Role**

Reporting to the CFO, you will be the main driver for all the HR corporate initiative in Asia.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and HR partners to create/translate and execute talent management and development strategies in support of growth, leadership pipeline and capability build for Asia Pacific. Ensure robust and inclusive talent processes are implemented for the development of a diverse and ready pipeline of high performing talents.
- Build, engage and sustain strong working relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external organisations to build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Provide executional accountability and thought leadership for the APAC region for Talent & Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Inclusion, Equity and Well Being initiatives and Organisation Design
- Identify and accelerate development of high potential talent and create ready now internal and external pipelines of diverse talent for key leadership roles
- Build tangible initiatives to drive and execute a retention-focused talent strategy and meaningful career development
- Execute the annual talent planning and performance management process end to end and drive continuous improvement
- Actively support in development and follow-up of development plans for key talents
- Embed the Potential and Followership framework across organisation
- Provide oversight to early careers it enhances our graduate development opportunities and internships
- Explore ways to build and embed a culture of inclusion, equity and well-being

**What you'll need to succeed**

A bachelor degree with more than 3 years of HR experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in any HR system will be an added advantage.
