Our client, a global cloud computing company that sells software for datacentres and hybrid multi-cloud deployments, is looking out for a **Senior Talent Advisor.**

**The Opportunity**

**Human Resources Team**

The team is a small, tightly-knit group of 4 individuals who work closely together. Adding one more team member to support ANZ Hiring. The team meets virtually on a weekly basis to discuss updates, challenges, and support each other. The team has successfully contributed to hiring top talent for various sales leadership positions.

**Your Role**
- Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Conduct talent mapping
- Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions

**What You Will Bring**
- Strong experience in full life cycle sales focus recruiting
- Strong understanding of the sales hiring process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies
