**Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor**

This position is responsible for developing talent acquisition strategy for Singapore and few cluster markets, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions including recruitment process, tools, systems, policies and guidance that are appropriate to local needs and ensure the alignment with the global and regional guideline. This position would also be responsible to implement the recruiting and talent Acquisition initiatives in the countries, manage employer branding, and responsible for the executive recruiting in the countries.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Primary Responsibilities**

The major activities of the incumbent are aimed at identifying talent acquisition needs, develop and implement plans that meet the needs for current and future organization capabilities. The activities will include but are not limited to
- Strategic planning for predictive modelling, enabling data-driven decision making
- Work with Business leaders, HR Leader to understand Talent Acquisition needs and opportunity of organization development
- Partner with HR Leaders in developing countries Talent Acquisition plan upon talent requirement for business operations and future talent needs.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
- Manage the recruitment process, identify right channels for the talent acquisition. Partner with HRBP’s to address recruitment challenges. Manage the use of recruiting ad agency, search firm, leverage recruiting efforts across the countries.
- Envision strategy to achieve high-cost avoidance buy use of direct sourcing and proactive talent mapping for key roles.
- Manage and deliver executive hiring in the countries
- Oversee employer branding activities, align with the global branding strategy and address the country’s needs.
- Develop internal and external communication plans to project corporate image as “Employer of Choice” to attract new high potentials and motivate existing ones.
- Work with RPO and provide guidance solutions
- Drives social media strategy across AP region, should be passionate about branding and social interactions which helps improve visibility and established the organization well.
- Provide input in design on the development and improvement of TA and recruiting tools, processes and systems to ensure appropriate alignment with our strategies.
- Manage the implementation of the Talent Acquisition plan, programs and projects. Prepare the project plan, identify key stakeholders, monitor the progress and measure the results.
- Report recruiting KPIs and monitor key metrics to assess Talent Acquisition execution.

**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and preferably MBA

**Required Experience and Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 8+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience would be strongly preferred
- Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment
- Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred)
- Regional exposure and employer branding experience in AP region is preferred
