The Human Resources Team

What You Will Do

Purpose of the recruitment:

The purpose of the role is to effectively execute the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned positions, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-quality candidates who align with both business needs and company culture. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business leaders to advise on market insights, and best-in-class sourcing strategies. Also, the Senior Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, strengthening employer branding, and collaborating with members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy for positions across Business units. Consult senior business and HR leaders on critical gaps and drive an effective sourcing Strategy in support of business
  • Produce and update job specifications and descriptions for requisitions. Be responsible for interview process and documentation to ensure compliance with respect to employment laws and resourcing process
  • Network, source, and build a talent pipeline with Hiring Managers s assess them and ultimately attract skilled professionals to join Anglo eastern
  • Actively Partner with Hiring Managers in Screening , evaluating candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews in case of both Internal and External Recruitment to develop a deep understanding of candidate competencies and suitablity
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, implement best practices, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house environments.
  • Proven track record of filling mid-to-senior level roles across functions (e.g., technical, commercial, corporate).
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or diversity hiring initiatives is a plus.
