As a **Systems Administrator** you will manage the operations like install, observe the software and hardware systems and taking backup. You should have a good ability to describe an In-depth understanding of technical knowledge.
- **Working Hours: 12 hours shift (15 working days per month)**:

- **Working Location: WFH**:

- **Remuneration Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS + quaterly performance bonus**

**JOb Responsibilities**
- Setup new servers and other related services
- Manage DNS, Certificates, Web Server configurations
- Conduct troubleshooting of all infrastructure related issues
- Record technical issues and solutions in documents
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Help create technical documentation and manual

**What You Will Need to Succeed**
- At least 2 years work experience as an Infrastructure Support Engineer, Cloud Support Engineer, System Administrator or similar role
- **Must have experience with Linux servers.** Good to have Windows servers experience as well
- **Experience in AIX version of UNIX**:

- **Cloud migration experience**:

- **AWS cloud certification is an added advantage**:

- Ability to perform remote/on-site troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
