**System Administrator**:
We are seeking a System Administrator to be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows Server infrastructure and related services. This position requires knowledge and experience dealing with the implementation and issue resolution of Microsoft Windows Server technologies and services running versions 2012 R2 to 2016. Technologies include Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS, and Hyper-V services. Additional experience working within AWS environment is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of technologies and services hosted on private AWS cloud.
- Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as patch management, software upgrades, back-ups, and reconfiguration as required
- Review and respond to critical software updates on a daily basis, or in real-time as major threats are announced
- Respond, resolve or escalate user issues within the Windows environment via an internal ticketing system (Jira)

**Requirement and Skills**
- Demonstrates knowledge of networking and security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
