Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior IT Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

  • Maintain security, backup, redundancy and BCP strategies

  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

  • Manage the VMWare environment

  • Provide enterprise-wide support to a high level of Microsoft Windows

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in IT

  • No Experience required (on-job-training provided)

  • Rotating team standby
