
Finance Secretary

Job Description:
- Provide secretarial support and day to day administrative support to the Finance team.
- Organise, schedule and coordinate appointments/ meetings including booking of meeting rooms, BEO and make sure the IT equipment are set up.
- Taking meeting minutes for Finance, HR and Purchasing Departments.
- Assist in contract and license matters.
- Assist in general administrative support for data entry, approval papers and invoices, and maintenance of proper filing system.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Studies, Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in office secretarial and administration responsibilities.
- Possess of good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Possess good writing skills.
